Enjoy a 6 course evening that takes us on a tour to Newfoundland. Chef Danny spends his summers on The Rock specializing in fish and seafood dishes.
Enjoy the following:
Amuse Bouche: Lightly beer battered cod served with grabish sauce on a dried slice of lemon
Jiggs Cabbage Roll: Jiggs dinner inspired cabbage roll served on a bed of mashed potatoes and finished with an apple reduction and crispy split peas.
Classic Creamy Chowder: Served with a garlic toast and a rosemary oil
Charred Moose Sausage with a Micro Green Salad: Grilled Sage, garlic and fennel moose sausages served on a bed of micro greens. Topped with pickled fennel, pistachios, cherries and a balsamic vinaigrette.
Arctic Charr: Pan seared artic charr Served with garlic roasted potatoes, collard greens. finished with a tarragon beurre blanc.
Dessert: To be announced (We are looking for partridge berries).
