Booking Terms:   

Suites and Packages:

To secure your  reservation, full payment is required at time of booking. 

We allow cancellations with no penalties incurred if given 3 days notice.
If given less than 3 days notice 50% of room stay will be refunded.
100% of room stay applied if no show.

Entire Inn Bookings

One night stay is your deposit. 

Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. 

Balance of stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation: 29-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total refunded.

Less 13-0 days prior to arrival: 0% refunded.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Items.   Replacement/repair cost(s) due to damages or missing items from suites/Inn will be at guest's expense and can be charged up to 10 days after departure. 

Pets: No pets allowed.
