Day 1: Arrival. Friday, March 27, 2026
Welcome to the Whitewater Inn !
3:00pm, Check into your room anytime after 3pm and enjoy the onsite sauna and hot tub!
6:00pm, We will meet in the dining room for an overview of the touring that will take place on Saturday at the two Maple farm operations before enjoying your
delicious 3 course maple dinner. You will sleep like a happy baby tonight!

Day 2: Maple Day - Saturday, March 28, 2026
Good Morning! Wake up to Coffee/lattes/cappuccinos/tea/juice to start your day.
7:30am - 8:30am, Hot breakfast items are served.
9:00am, Your first destination today is to Grants Settlement Farm. Jay and Amber Finnan are 3rd generation maple producers and retailers of maple producing equipment. Jay and Amber will walk you through their process of harvesting to boiling and will divulge many interesting facts of syrup making along the way. They are a wealth of information and extremely passionate about their craft. Also onsite are many unique antique pieces of maple syrup producing equipment (Jay's grandfather was a collector) and gear. It's truly a wonderful place to visit!
12:00pm, Lunch is awaiting you back at the Inn before you head out to Maple Creek Farm.
1:30pm, The owner of Maple Creek Farm will be welcoming you to see their state of the art facility. This facility is using new technology to remove the water content from the sap instead of boiling. A fascinating and informative tour.
Following the tour at Maple Creek Farm, you can return to the inn at your leisure to relax before this evenings main event: A specialty curated six course gourmet dining experience. "Maple" is the theme of this dinner". (The Maple dinner will also be open to the public for purchase).

Day 3: Departure - Sunday, March 29, 2026
Wake up to another full Breakfast at the Inn.
7:30am - 8:30am, Hot breakfast items are served.
Relax this morning after breakfast with a late check out of 12:00pm.
Perhaps enjoy a snow shoe on one of the local trails in the area before heading home today. Thank you for joining us this weekend.
